Rules for X-Day Challenge:
The purpose behind this template is to challege a person to be better. Better by adding new habits. Better by breaking bad habits.
β° Wake Up Early (by 5 AM)
- Get out of bed at a consistent time each morning.
- Go to bed at a consistent time each night.
- Avoid using your phone upon waking up
πΆββοΈ Exercise Daily - Cardio/Strength Training
- Exercise for at least 1 hour each day
- Try to do a combination of lifting weights and cardio
β‘Limit to one energy drink per day
- Energy drinks serve a purpose but only in moderation
- Limit to one energy drink per day
- No energy drink after 1 PM
π° Avoid Consumption of News
- The news is filled with toxic chaos
- Avoid the chaos by avoiding the news
π₯ Eat Healthy, Stay under Calorie Limit
- Eat a healthy diet consisting of protein
- Stay under 2000 calories per day
- Track calories using an app on phone
π§ Meditate for at least 10 minutes per day
- Meditate at least 10 minutes in the morning
- Meditate at least 10 minutes in the afternoon/evening

- Choose a new skill to learn.
- Break the learning down into manageable pieces
π¦ Social Media Detox - Limit Social Media
- Limit the amount of time spent on social media
- No more than 30 minutes on platforms
- Prevent doom-scrolling
π₯ Drink 100 oz of water per day
- Your body needs hydration
- Water helps curb hunger
ποΈ Dopamine fasting
- Avoid activities that provide quick forms of dopamine
- Avoid doom-scrolling, porn gambling, etc.
Track Your Progress
- Each day, record your progress
- Check the boxes of the completed items
- All items must be completed, no exceptions
